ORDER A CONNECTICUT YANKEE IN KING ARTHUR'S COURT TODAY!!
All rough drafts of the persuasion paper were turned in today. I will get those back to you on Tuesday. I gave back to you your papers on "Druids." If you need to do more research on Druids, please do it before you write your paper. Some of you just wrote on Halloween when the directions said to research Druids and see how our notion of Halloween has beed effected by the Druids. Some of you did just that, but some of you just talked about Halloween. Also, please remember that I want you to answer all discussion questions in complete sentences. If you will do this it will make writing paragraphs and papers much easier. There is method to my madness! I showed you where to find the pronunciation of words in the dictionary as well as the part of speech of the words on the overhead today. This should have been an easy review for all of you. Show me how well you know how to find these in your homework! For classwork we read statring with Chapter 11 in St. Patrick Missionary to Ireland. You need to finish this book this weekend.
Have a great weekend and Halloween on Monday. Be safe!
